Taiwan Startup Institute

As a long-time promoter of Taiwan’s science and technology policies, the National Science and Technology Council established Taiwan Startup Institute (TSI) as a national startup accelerator to fund and drive the commercialization of research-based technologies so as to maximize the value of Taiwan’s R&D assets.

TSI integrates Taiwan’s academic research momentum with professional mentor coaching services to assist startups in overcoming obstacles in the early stage of their business journey. By facilitating the process of transforming research results into real products, TSI not only ushers new technologies into the industry but also creates a platform for potential startups, greatly benefitting both academia and industry in Taiwan.
